So many Presents...So many Smiles!

This December 14, CIR and El Mandado will hold the annual Christmas Toy Program.
You are invited to serve with CIR as the parents of over 300 children receive toys for Christmas and have them gift wrapped. Our volunteers welcome families, pray with those in need, share smiles and hugs and the heartfelt warmth of wishing a
"Feliz Navidad!"

"Thank you, they are going to be so happy...my husband is in the process of being deported..."
Mariana's two kids are autistic and her husband was recently detained by immigration. She doesn't have family to spend Christmas with. When she picked up her gifts, she thanked us, saying that this helps their joy increase since life has become so difficult.

Marjorie's husband died three weeks ago. When she came to pick up the gift for her son, she didn't expect to have someone pray with her. We cried together as she shared her story and told of the heartbreak in her family. She told us, "Thank you for praying. I had felt such guilt because I doubted I had done everything I could have to help my husband in his last days. Your prayers have lifted my burden."
