CIR, Council on Immigrant Relations, was founded in 2006 as a non-profit to organize and engage churches and civic organizations in building relationships with international communities that will empower and enrich the entire community. CIR also provides legal services to those who could not other wise afford them.

Services
CIR was accredited by the DOJ in 2012, making our non-profit approved to manage affirmative immigration cases. CIR also offers other services such as translation and has a number of programs in place to help immigrant families .
